Expect straight to 90C for most all-core workloads. There is no comparing to other Ryzen 5000 CPUs (Ryzen 7000 maybe). The 3700x will run up to 85c happily and will then start to thermal throttle ,and its max temp is 95c. My guess is you will get into the 80s running cinebench. If you do, this is only of concern if you do a lot of heavy processing tasks, if you are just gaming then it is no problem at all. You want it to be at least 550RPM I think. That’s a better fan curve, but you can increase the flat line section in very small increments until you can hear it, then lower it one increment & leave it there - you may get slightly more RPM than 20% & hence better cooling.
