Your processor shouldn't reach 90c with your AIO Liquid CPU Cooler. Something is making your processor run at almost to the point overheating. Motherboard maker monitor apps use more resources than say HWInfo does. My 3700xt idles at 35-40c, up to 74-76c under load. And this is an allcore o/c @ 4.3ghz with a 1.256 undervolt. Gigibyte's SIV (monitor software & fan control) software will have the cpu hit 48-49c when open, where HWInfo will see below 40c. The 3700x will run up to 85c happily and will then start to thermal throttle ,and its max temp is 95c. My guess is you will get into the 80s running cinebench.
