VCOM student here - seems like most medical schools across the country will be re-opening their doors for in-person interviews. I believe VCOM will be, too, but not 100% sure yet. In any case, I highly recommend you to attend in-person interviews if at all possible. It’s pretty rural. There is some shopping and places to eat, but it is small. The nearest city is about 2 hrs away (and so is the airport). Many DO matriculants are averaging in the mid 3.x, depending on the program. Every year it gets more competitive and comparable to MD.
